We understand that emergencies happen. Unfortunately, we are not able to honor unused tickets for a missed performance. No refunds can be given for past performances.
In the event that a performance is canceled, the Fox Cities P.A.C., Broadway Across America and/or Ticketmaster will inform customers via phone, email, or mail with information regarding the ticketing policy. Ticket holders are encouraged to return to their original point of purchase for more information.
We advise all customers to contact their original point of sale. However, you can email your comments after an event to info@foxcitiespac.com. Don’t forget –if you have any concerns while at the venue, please let a volunteer or staff member know as soon as possible so they can help as their goal is to make your experience exceptional!
