Patrons are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the shows we offer in order to make informed decisions prior to purchasing tickets.

Because the PAC is following the latest public health guidelines and staying up-to-date on data and trends, safety protocols may change but don’t worry – you will be notified by email prior to your performance with everything you need to know before your visit.

The Value of Your Ticket is Safe

In the event we need to cancel any performance for any reason, you will have the option to receive a refund.

If your performance is postponed or rescheduled, we will automatically move your tickets to the new performance date(s). If you are unable to attend the new dates, we will work with you to find a solution, which may include, without limitation, an exchange into an alternate performance or a credit for a future performance.

Please note: refunds are only available for tickets purchased through Ticketmaster, the Kimberly-Clark Broadway Across America – Fox Cities Series, and the box office at the Fox Cities Performing Arts Center. Some restrictions apply. The above policies apply to tickets sold by the Fox Cities P.A.C. and Broadway Across America for presentations in Appleton, WI.

What are Season Options?

Season Options are shows that are not part of any Season Ticket Package, but are available for purchase in addition to the Season Ticket Package. These shows are typically familiar fan favorites or big blockbuster titles that have been a part of the Season Ticket Package in an earlier season and are returning to the Fox Cities for an encore engagement. Season Ticket Holders have priority access to buy their tickets for Season Options once they renew before anyone else.

New for the 2023-24 Season

All current Season Ticket Holders will be automatically renewed each year beginning with the 2023-24 Season and beyond RISK-FREE.*** You’ll have peace of mind knowing your seats will remain secure year after year. If you’re not interested in the upcoming season, you’ll be able to cancel easily if you contact us within 30 days after the season announcement.
