Event Status Updates

In response to the ongoing COVID-19 health concerns, the Fox Cities Performing Arts Center will temporarily be closed effective Wednesday, March 25, 2020. As a result, the below programming changes have occurred:
- Jimmy Buffett’s ESCAPE TO MARGARITAVILLE (rescheduled to August 25 – 30, 2020): canceled
- THE BAND’S VISIT (originally scheduled for May 5 – 10, 2020): canceled
- DEAR EVAN HANSEN (originally scheduled for June 23 – 28, 2020): rescheduled to August 10 – 15, 2021.
- TO KILL A MOCKINGBIRD (originally scheduled for December 8 – 13, 2020): rescheduling
- Elton John and Tim Rice’s AIDA (originally scheduled for May 4 – 9, 2021): canceled
For rescheduled performances, ticket holders will be contacted via email with their new performance dates and details on exchanges or refunds. Patrons with mobile tickets should remove their original tickets from their Apple Wallet or Google Pay Wallet and re-add the tickets from their account on their device. A new date will appear on the tickets.
For postponed performances, ticket holders should keep their tickets while we work on rescheduling new performance dates. Fox Cities Performing Arts Center will be in touch with updates as they are available. If Fox Cities Performing Arts Center is unable to reschedule the performances, ticket holders will be notified with their ticketing options via email. We ask all ticket holders for patience during what could be a lengthy rescheduling process.
For canceled performances, the Fox Cities Performing Arts Center will contact patrons who purchased tickets with their options via email.

As with all performances, the Fox Cities Performing Arts Center will update ticket holders directly by email as details emerge and will share information via email, by telephone and social media. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we continue to navigate the suspension of performances and events during this global health crisis.
