2017-2018 Season Ticket Holders may order additional tickets now before they go on sale to the general public. Seating locations for additional tickets are subject to availability. Additional tickets are only available after you have renewed your Season Ticket Package. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Exchange Tickets

As a Season Ticket Holder, you may exchange your tickets for another performance of the same production. Exchanges for another performance of the same production will be available after the confirmation letter is received. Exchanges may be made for free online (see Benefits and Policies tab), in person at The Fox Cities Performing Art Center Ticket Office, and by calling the Season Ticket Holder Hotline (fees apply). You must have your tickets in hand for exchanges at the ticket office and by phone. Comparable seating locations are not guaranteed. When exchanging from a lower to a higher-priced ticket/performance, the price difference must be collected when processing the exchange. Refunds cannot be offered for the difference if you exchange into a lesser priced ticket/performance. All ticket exchanges must be processed at least 24 hours prior to the performance you are originally scheduled to attend. If your show is on a weekend, please complete your exchanges by 5pm on the Friday prior. Due to the popularity of some shows, ticket exchanges may not be available, or only for a limited window of time. Sorry, missed performances cannot be refunded.

Please note: ticket exchanges for Wicked must be completed no later than 72 hours prior to your performance.

Benefits and Policies

Accessibility Services

The Fox Cities Performing Arts Center offers a variety of services for patrons with accessibility needs including accessible seating, open captioning and American Sign Language interpretation. To find out more, visit or contact the ticket office at (920) 730-3760.

Attending with Children

Sharing the arts with children is wonderful but, out of consideration for others, most performances are unsuitable for infants and toddlers unless specified. All persons, regardless of age, must have a ticket. If you have any questions about this policy or the age appropriateness of a performance, please contact the Center’s ticket office at (920) 730-3760.

Automatic Renewals

The easiest way to renew your tickets each year! Have peace of mind that your seats are yours season after season. For more information or to enroll in the automatic renewal program, call 800.216.7469 (Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm).


During the performance, talking, coughing, rustling of paper, noise and glow from cell phones and other devices disturb performers and fellow patrons. To ensure guests and performers enjoy shows free of distractions, the Center reserves the right to ask anyone to leave if his or her behavior is deemed disruptive by the Center. Cameras and recording devices are strictly prohibited inside the theater.

Emergency Contact Information

Because the use of cell phones is disruptive to others, leave the phone number for the Center’s information desk, (920) 730-3710, with babysitters and others who may need to reach you in an emergency. Upon arrival, the Center asks that you alert the information desk attendant with your name and seat locations.

Inclement Weather

All performances at the Fox Cities Performing Arts Center will go on as scheduled, regardless of weather conditions. If you miss a performance due to inclement weather, please contact the ticket office at (920) 730-3760 for possible reseating options within the same production. All reseating is subject to availability and may not be offered due to show restrictions.


Ticket holders should arrive at least 20 minutes before the scheduled performance time. Be advised that many productions require management not admit latecomers until a suitable break, as deemed by the production’s director.

Lost Tickets

If your tickets are lost or stolen simply contact the Season Ticket Holder Hotline and we will have reprinted tickets waiting at Will Call when you arrive at your performance. These reprinted tickets will NOT be released prior to your performance date. The original tickets will no longer be valid, and, if found, should be destroyed to avoid confusion. Please note: replacement tickets can only be picked up by the Season Ticket Holder.


Your tickets are now available on your smartphone. Simply log into your Kimberly-Clark Broadway Across America - Fox Cities Account using your smartphone, select an event, and click 'view tickets'.

Payment Plans

**PACKAGE TOTAL - The Package Total includes the following non-refundable fees. The price of each season ticket seat reflects the face value of your tickets, handling fees (described below), facility fees (described below), applicable taxes, and, if applicable, the Premium subscription fee noted below. Handling fees in Section H are $32 per subscription seat. Handling fees in all other sections are $39 per subscription seat. Facility fees for 6-show subscriptions total $21 per subscription seat. Facility fees for 5-show subscriptions total $17.50 per subscription seat.

Premium Season Ticket Packages (Center Orchestra Rows A–U; Left Orchestra B-C 105-108, D-E 106-109, F-G 107-110, H-J 108-111, K-L 107-110, M 106-109, N 104-107, P 101-102, Q 114-117, R 112-115, S 111-114, T 110-113, U 109-112; Right Orchestra B-N 151-154, P 151-152, Q-T 151-154; Dress Circle A-C; Left Orchestra B-C 101-104, D-E 101-105, F-G 101-106, H-J 101-107, K-L 101-106, M 101-105, N 101-103, Q 101-113, R 101-111, S 101-110, T 101-109, U 101-108; Right Orchestra B 155-158, C-E 155-159, F-G 155-160, H-J 155-161, K-L 155-160, M 155-159, N 155-157, Q 155-167, R 155-165, S 155-164, T 155-163 ) include a $75 fee for each season ticket seat purchased. Premium Season Ticket Holders receive priority access to premium seat locations, prior to general public on sale. Premium Season Ticket Packages also include additional benefits such as discounts at local restaurants, show merchandise, reserved parking, preshow reception(s), and the opportunity to purchase additional tickets before the general public.
