Where can I find the terms and conditions of a season subscription?
Season Subscriptions, and all Tickets and Additional Tickets purchased under any Subscription, are subject to the Broadway Across America Standard Season Subscription Terms and Conditions posted on our website at BroadwayAcrossAmerica.com. By purchasing a Season Subscription, you agree to such Terms and Conditions. We do not support the reselling of these tickets above face value through any means other than through authorized reselling programs of Broadway Across America. Doing so will constitute a breach of these Season Subscription Terms and Conditions and Account Holders who violate this rule may be subject to revocation of their purchasing status and seats.

What should I do if there is a threat of inclement winter weather?

All performances will go on as scheduled, regardless of weather. No refunds will be issued if you choose not to attend. In the unlikely event that the Center cancels a performance, information can be found at foxcitiespac.com.

If I cannot attend a performance can I return my tickets?

If you are a Kimberly-Clark Broadway Across America Season Ticket Holder you can exchange your tickets to another performance of the same title with no exchange fees. All other sales are final. There are no refunds or cancellations.

My tickets have been lost or damaged. What should I do?

If your tickets have been lost, stolen or destroyed, please call the Fox Cities Performing Arts Center ticket office at (920) 730-3760 as soon as possible to discuss your options with an agent. Additional fees may apply.

Can I exchange my tickets?

If you are a Kimberly-Clark Broadway Across America Season Ticket Holder you can exchange your tickets up to 24 hours prior to the performance to another performance of the same title with no exchange fees. All other sales are final. There are no refunds or cancellations.

How can I know if a performance is suitable for my personal tastes and my family?

The Kimberly-Clark Broadway Across America series aims to present a wide selection of the best of touring Broadway, however, events may not be appropriate for all ages or personal tastes. We encourage prospective ticket buyers to familiarize themselves with the show’s content to ensure an informed consumer experience. If you have questions or concerns, please contact Broadway Across America service center at (800) 216-SHOW (7469) or the Fox Cities Performing Arts Center’s ticket office by email at tickets@foxcitiespac.com or by phone at (920) 730-3760 prior to purchase.

Can I bring young children?

We encourage families to enjoy performances together, but out of consideration for others, unless specified, most performances are not suitable for infants and toddlers.  All persons regardless of age must have a ticket.
