All performances will go on as scheduled, regardless of weather. No refunds will be issued if you choose not to attend. In the unlikely event that the Center cancels a performance, information can be found at foxcitiespac.com.
If you are a Kimberly-Clark Broadway Across America Season Ticket Holder you can exchange your tickets to another performance of the same title with no exchange fees. All other sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations.
If your tickets have been lost, stolen or destroyed, please call the Fox Cities Performing Arts Center ticket office at (920) 730-3760 as soon as possible to discuss your options with an agent. Additional fees may apply.
The Kimberly-Clark Broadway Across America series aims to present a wide selection of the best of touring Broadway, however, events may not be appropriate for all ages or personal tastes. We encourage prospective ticket buyers to familiarize themselves with the show’s content to ensure an informed consumer experience. We encourage families to enjoy performances together, but out of consideration for others, unless specified, most performances are not suitable for infants and toddlers. All persons regardless of age must have a ticket.
